interior of the Castel contains fine examples of intricately carved
wood and plaster work, and is furnished from the 17th century onwards.
Large
areas of the oldest part of the building have now been brought back
to life with all the advantages of modern plumbin, wiring and computerised
central heating.
The
whole aspect of the house is sunny and south facing and the large dining
room in particular is a dramatic, warmly panelled room with a richly
carved fireplace and original
14th century walls.
All
bedrooms have full central heating, hot and cold water and shaving points.
10 have bathrooms with showers, and are 6 en-suite.
There
is a large dining room that seats up to 70 and a smaller dining room
sthat seats up to 10.
